He consistently invested his expertise in designing efficient processes, implementing effective systems, and developing staff to drive significant performance improvements.

His extensive journey, which included high-profile roles at Everton Football Club in the English Premier League and currently with the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, provided him with invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with managing an organisation's most vital asset: Human Resources.

He has been a competitive sportsman in several sporting disciplines including cricket, football, hockey & athletics. He has played cricket at a professional level and has had the honor of representing West Bengal.
