His experience of close to twenty years has undoubtedly assisted in understanding challenges and with it opportunities for management with their most valuable asset 'Human Resources'. He genuinely believes that all of us are special and unique in our own little way. Majority of the time, all it takes in increasing our performance at work is improving upon our soft skills sets -communication, self-leadership, teamwork, decision making, visualisation, building rapport and showing genuine respect to fellow colleagues and customers alike. With the right attitude, these skills can be learnt.

 

Soft-Skills continues to play an important part through his corporate journey in England with Everton Football Club in the English Premier League and in India with Kolkata Knight Riders - Indian Premier League.

Ardeshir holds a double Masters degree in Business Administration and Personnel Management. He also has a certification in soft skills training and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He has been a competitive sportsman in several sporting disciplines including cricket, football, hockey & athletics. He has played cricket at a professional level and has had the honour of representing West Bengal.
